Roosters,roosters,roosters....What am I going to do with the three?

I would not kill them, especially not the older guy. I am biased because I love roosters, especially the grouchy bumbling old dudes, but it sounds like he is just used to having everything to himself.

The younger two do not even sound mean, so I cannot see how killing them would make sense.

Well,he has calmed down now.He has not been chasing them.But,they have became aggressive to each other.Zeus has always been the low guy,and he tried to push his brother off a hen,and he spurred him once his bro got off.Then his brother him faced off for like 1 second then cracked and his brother jumped at him and attacked him,then Zeus fleed.Foggy has been chasing Zeus around and running him off,one thing after another.

They like each other up until the hens are around.And I would hate to cull one of them,or give away one.The cockerals are very young and crazy right now,but they are docile too.

Most young roosters go through a bad faze, they become the typical teenagers, making trouble and trying out their bravado, I have had some do battle, I let them work it out, sometimes they can look pretty bad after their fights but everyone recovers. I lock anyone up who is being trouble to others, as long as everyone else is happy I let them work things out.

This summer I ended up with three unexpected cockerels. I really panicked. My previous experience with multiple roos was not pleasant, daily fights, some very violent.

So as soon as I identified these chicks as males, I got on the phone to the local radio station and listed them for "free to a good home" on the daily "Pet Patrol" pet placement service. Inside of two weeks, I got phone calls from people who wanted the youngsters, and they went to very good homes and ended up having much better lives than had I kept them.

In the past, I dealt with multiple roos by keeping them separate from the rest of the flock. They patrolled the exterior of the run, only joining the flock to sleep in the coop at night. I'm very happy with these new cockerels going to good homes.

You could try Craig's list if you don't have a local radio station that helps place pets. But you'll be happier in the long run if you re-home your roos now.

i let them work it our too.If they had spurs it would be different,but they are just beak right now.And they don't really fight so much,they just like sit on eachother

I just discovered we have another rooster in our new flock. So now I have a Japanese and a Wheaton. Should have seen it coming cause the Wheaton always challenges the little Japanese. They stand off then go their own ways.
