I have Easter Eggers, and I'm am quite certain I have 2 roosters, one is 18 weeks and the other is 14 weeks old, but neither of them have started crowing yet. At what age, do Easter egger roosters start to crow?? Or is there any definitive way to tell if they are in fact roosters? One is pure lavender, and the other is mixed colors.

That is too early to tell especially of they are boys.

However do they look like boys? Their tails are long. I can sort of tell by the faces.
My chick is 3 months old. He is a boy i can tell. He is not crowing yet.

Send me a good picture of their faces and body from the side. I will try my best.

They never start to crow only until 6-7months maybe

Post clear, well lit, close up pics of their combs and full body side views...have someone hold them if needed.
I can usually tell pea combed EE's by 6 weeks, if not sooner, males have 3 rows of peas and female only one row. By about 6 weeks the males have much redder/larger combs.
The 18 week old should have shiny, pointy saddle and hackle feathers, the 14wo might too.

When they start to crow can be anywhere from a few weeks to 8 or more months.

I will get pictures soon, the 14 week old is pure lavender, no other coloring on it anywhere so it's hard for me to tell, the other one does have some green feathers around the neck, but the comb looks the same as my hens, they are all the same size, combs are the same, but the only thing That I saw different was the green on the neck. I'll get pictures soon.

That's what I was thinking. The lavender is 14 weeks but the 18 week old darker one, I got as a day old, I got 9 of them, and I had one other of the 9, that I could tell at 5 weeks was a rooster. This one took longer.
