Roosters, too many what to do?

yep, always solve for peace in the flock. If you really like the rooster, sell the hen. But watch carefully, sometimes they just pick a new victim. Or sometimes, removing the victim just settles the flock.

But I am with Folly - it can't be it should work, it could work if.... it just has to be, is it working, if not, something needs to leave the flock.

In the process of managing my flock, i.e. culling a 6 month old cockerel - I saw the fellow had an abnormal liver. Prior to culling, the bird displayed no symptoms in actions or apperance of being ill. The skin, bones, flesh, and organs appeared normal, the liver not so much. The carcus is beautiful, it cleaned up nicely. Your thoughts?

Looks like fatty liver... was he a heavy drinker? just kidding.

I might be over cautious, but I think I would toss the carcass. I am not a vet, which is who you would need to make sure this was safe. 10-1, it probably is safe.... but I can afford to pass on this, and I think I would.
