Roosters??!!

Agree with Lady of McCamley, Wyandottes are difficult due to their Rosecombs. I'm in agreement that #1 is a pullet (paler & narrow), #2 cockerel (red & wide), #3 pullet (red but narrow), #4 pullet (red but narrow), #5 pullet (pink but narrow), #6 cockerel (pink & wide) :pop Could you repost pics at 8wks?

1, 2, 4, 6 are pullets.
3 & 5 are cockerels.
I know for our SL, the cockerels will have a solid black area around the neck when young, where the pullets will have the black/white together. And, true, the males do get feathers much, much slower.

Thank you very much :)

Still too soon to tell. Hang in there!!! Lady is right. They are SO HARD to sex! I bought all hens and still ended up with a rooster. I may have him dressed soon. He is of good size and an excellent breeder, but I mainly do chickens for eggs.
Thank you hehe, this thread was made a few months ago so I know for sure I got 4 pullets and 2 roos, I think that's pretty good considering I bought them as unsexed day olds :) the pullets are just coming into lay and look absolutely stunning (ill post some photos) and the roos were becoming very handsome boys too but I gave them away since I already have a rooster. Overall it was a very good outcome :)
These photos are from a couple weeks ago so they are looking even better now that they've finished molting :)
