Roosting bar advice

Update!! Ladder is gone went to flat bar set up over a poop tray will close in underneath for brooder/ separation area. Still need to paint and thinking a ramp for them to climb up and down or jump they have option. Auto door is in, a buddy from work made me a nesting box so making some progress. Already had my test dummy on them and they are Roosty approved as of now.

I absolutely LOVE your setup! We’re taking out our ladder roosts because it most definitely didn’t work for us. Not at all. Basically they crowded the top and the ones underneath were covered in nightly poo.
But I’m loving your setup!
