Roosting bar advice

Update!! Ladder is gone went to flat bar set up over a poop tray will close in underneath for brooder/ separation area. Still need to paint and thinking a ramp for them to climb up and down or jump they have option. Auto door is in, a buddy from work made me a nesting box so making some progress. Already had my test dummy on them and they are Roosty approved as of now.

I absolutely LOVE your setup! We’re taking out our ladder roosts because it most definitely didn’t work for us. Not at all. Basically they crowded the top and the ones underneath were covered in nightly poo.
But I’m loving your setup!

Thank you! Still work in progress need to get a couple windows in and finishing up my run area 20x19 lean to style white plastic roof with two rows of clear down center for light. Did a 4x4 dust bath yesterday, roosting bars next to it soon. Birds seem to like it so far.
