Roosting on top of food and water containers. help!

One of my chickens loves to roost on top of both the food and the water container. There are two roosts in their coop so not sure why she insists on sitting on top of the waterer and pooping in the water. I am having to change the water multiple times a day. I have put in a rabbit waterer and the girls will sometimes drink from that. Any ideas on how to stop Lola from roosting on the waterer and feeder?

and what we did was cut the bottom out of a 1 gallon milk jug and put the top part of it on top of the feeder, they can't land on it since it's rounded

Put a funnel on the top they wont be able to stand on it...

Thanks for all the help! I will try the milk jug on top of the feeder and also see if it will work on our plastic gallon waterer. Glad to know my hen is not the only naughty one!
