Can we see the inside of the coop?

In hot climates a window next to the roost can make it more comfortable for the sleeping hens. If you leave the panel as a top-hinged cover you can adjust it in the winter to prevent drafts.

The more you can open up the better. An entire wall of wire would not be too much in your climate if you could shelter it from the rain.

Thank you. Yeah I’m pleased since I’m a 56 year old woman who did it all herself lol. I will open it up more on either side and put more HC. Unfortunately the house behind me has a shit ton of mice/rats that have decided to nest under the coop. Dealing with that first. I HATE RODENTS. LOL
