Roosting?

I have 4 7wk old chicks, they all still sleep on the ground, should they be roosting yet? this is my first flock so i don't know when they should start roosting.

I wouldnt worry too much. I got my chickens at 8 weeks old. It took a couple weeks before they roosted. What are you using for a roost? I had a broom stick handle at first. I then switched to a 2x3, and they were roosting that first night.
