Yes, sir. The only reason I made mine wrap around 2 and a half sides was because I had more birds and I wanted them to have space to spread out in summer when its warmer.

Yup, that's what we have.

Seems if you have two they all try to get on the highest one , and poop on the lowest

One eight foot one is plenty , I have 11 hens on an 8 footer.
