Rosemary water

Someone on the sight had a great idea for how to rake up feathers by spritzing them with water so they don't fly around so much. I got the idea to put a few sprigs of fresh rosemary in the bottle. I've used it a few times and it smells amazing. But is it OK to do? Guess I should have asked first.
