Roster or han

I have just got chinese silkies I was told when I bought them they were Hans but the guy who sold them to me don't know I live in lowerhutt one of them is making a lot of noise they are meant to be nearly 1 year old but I don't know about that to now the one that I think is a roster has a larger bit in the middle thanks for your help I have tryed to do photos but not working I have a upset son so I really appreciate any help I can get

It is black redish in the middle of the head part don't know much about chinese silkies do you know what is best to feed them
