Thank you for "the little bit of Gracie" this morning. She's a beauty!
We miss the Lab we had for 15 years and are getting ready to find a nice, gentle breed for the next 15 years. Not too big, not too small. Likes chickens. You know the type.

But after specialists & all options we were Glad to have kept him Pain Free his last 5 months of living with cancer. Especially when our original vet gave us medicine for 2 wks so we could 'decide' what to do. I have a WONDERFUL HUBBY who never second guessed all the care & financial investment we put into our boy. We were GLAD to have given him Much longer than those 2wks, with Great Quality of Life.....passing peacefully at home.

:clapSo sweet! These past 7 months are the first 7 month in the past 16 years that we have been WITHOUT a rottweiler. We lost our last girl last September. I miss her so much! She was such a lover. She would actually "purr" for our DS. He is nearly 15 now, and grew up with our big girls from the day he was born. We now have an Australian Cattle Dog, (blue heeler) named Brodie Blue. She added years onto our last rottweiler's life--kept her young, and for that I am grateful! They were great playmates!
Thanks for sharing your photos!
