Around 5 to 6 weeks, and is starting to get blue feathers under its wings

Oh then yes too early to tell by color. However you can voice sex them at this age. If it makes a loud distinct quack its a girl but if its more of a raspy wack type sound its a boy.

Hi!!! I have a question for those more experienced Rouen owners: how many eggs does the female typically lay? Mine has laid 21 so far!!! I'm starting to think she isn't going to stop!! And she only sits on them at night, and covers them with hay during the day, is that normal? Thanks ahead

I just wanted to update everyone on my ducks!! Altogether, she laid 33, and finally started sitting on them! She hatched out 10, and abandoned her nest. Their about 2 weeks now, and we are really enjoying them! I'll post some pics

how should i get my march babies to lay i want to incubate them but they have not layed yet can you all help
