I bought Manna Pro nonmedicated gamebird/showbird starter feed for my ducklings and goslings that have just begun to hatch today and I want to make sure that I bought the right thing to feed them. I made sure it was nonmedicated and I've made sure to do some research on it, but I just wanted to ask people that have extensive knowledge in raising baby ducks and geese and what to feed them. This is my second time having geese and ducklings, but our local Co-op didn't have regular nonmedicated starter feed and I'd really like to know if this feed is okay for a couple of days until I can find something else

that sounds fine to me , i personally use purina nonmedicated start and grow but i dont see anything wrong with ur feed as long as it is for ducklings/baby fowl

Alright, thanks! I have one duckling who has imprinted on me already and I'm afraid he's not going to want to socialize with his siblings

but other than that, he seems more than healthy and is running around and so far he looks great and has a bunch of energy and is eating and drinking like he's supposed to, no problems so far! *knock on wood*

I don't know anything about ducks but, I would think gamebird/show feeds would be too high in protein for baby ducklings. That is something you definitely want to check out with the duck people - you have been given links for.
