Rouen ducklings approx age?

Hi this is Moose and Mouse, they're rouen and I got them on June 11 th but FFH had no clue their age, any estimation on their age. Also is there any way to tell gender sooner then waiting for their heads to change color or not. Thank you.

Just guessing I'd say around3 weeks old. drakes will out grow ducks so by 6 weeks if you have a drake he should be larger than a duck if you happen to have a pair. They sure are cute.
