Everyone needs ducks! They are great to have around! When you have like 40...well that's not too cool...on a 1/3 an acre anyways

I got my 8 duck eggs yesterday and all were in perfect condition - great packaging. All are now nice and warm in bator and awaiting their first birth day. Thank you.

Great to hear! Let me know how they do

I will have another dozen + to send out Tues if someone is interested.

I have 8 total eggs that can be mailed out today for $15 total if someone wants them. They were laid the 7-9th. I was offering a dozen +, but yesterday & todays eggs were just too messy & laid in water, so I don't feel right offering them & fed them back to the birds instead.
Let me know before 3 in order to give me plenty of time.

Just bumping this b/c as it is now my dogs are eating these eggs every day...if someone wants some, let me know. I will be in Ft. Worth Thurs - Sat...so I can get a 1/2 doz + out Tues or a doz + out Thurs. $15 total for the 1/2 and $20 for the dozen.

Hi Kristi - I candled my 8 eggs last night, at day 6, and all had lots of red veins. I can't wait.

That's AWESOME! So glad they made it that comfy through the mail

When I pack I tend to ask myself "Could this be used as a ball in the NFL?" and if so...it's pretty safe to mail

Thanks for letting me know,

Here's a pic of her in the nest box

To be honest, I am not sure what tuffed means, but she is not rumpless...
The 2 chicks I have hatched out of her have both looked like this when they were young

and I can get a new pic of the one I still have (my MIL has the other, older 1) if you are still interested. Of course, she is the only one I have laying, so the most I could do and them be fresh would be a 1/2 dozen. Actual S/H is $8.95, and so I could do the 6 total eggs for $14.

Tufted means they have feathers growing from just below their ears and grow out in plumes toward the back of the head. True araucanas have them but, it doesn't breed true same as the rumpless. Though I can't really tell from the pic but she might be an ameraucana or easter egger. but still it's a good deal for the eggs. I'm getting my incubator set up (pulled it out of storage and cleaned it out today) at the moment. If you have them available still in a few days I'll be interested in buying.
