Not good with ducks but I think the ones we got (my sister got for my kids, without permission) are mallards. Got them at NC Tsc.

Sweet! That's exactly what my 2 ducklings look like! Glad I found this thread, although kinda bummed when I heard they're not real prolific egg layers.

Ppl keep tellin me this one is a mallard but I believe he's a rouens this pic is couple wks old but when I got it its back toe is still there. He has stripe through eye and underneath
