Goldens are a light yellow color all over with 2 black stripes down their backs. Browns are brown with reddish brown and black, with 2 yellow stripes. Let me see if I can find some pics for you.

This one has a baby golden in the back center, the yellow with black stripes. There are browns all over

Just a note...The Coturnix seem to like it a tad bit warmer in the brooder than chickens and I grind their food in the food processor so it's easier for them to eat.

They both survived the night! I was sure the one that had a bit of the yolk sac left out would have died, but they both are running around and jumping all over each other. So freakin' cute!

Well, I thought the second one was looking alright but after noticing how he wasn't walking around real well, I took at look at him.

He seems to be dehydrated, but won't drink. He hasn't dried off and keeps stumbling everywhere. I don't think this one will be long for the world.
