I discovered roundworms this morning in some chicken poop. I immediately added apple cider vinegar to their water and sprinkled DT in their laying pellets. I diligently sprinkle DT around the coop and in the nests and keep the poop cleaned out. I want to know if there is anything else I need to do like give them actual medicine. I truly wish to deal with issues from a homeopathic stance. Somehow, it seems that giving them something otherwise would get to us through the eggs. Thoughts?

I think you will need to give them Corid. That’s a lot of worms. I know there are some users who know dosing that will be able to help! I think you can either dose the birds or put it in their water! Hopefully someone who knows more will come along soon! :)

Corid is for Coccidiosis, a protozoan parasite. Not worms.

Don't you mean DE?
It won't deworm your birds.

Corid does not kill roundworms. Only coccidiosis

What you need is Safeguard goat dewormer... you can either dose each bird individually or make it into a paste and make a mash with your regular food.

With that heavy of a parasite load you will need to deworm. DE is useless on internal and external parasites. I find it causes respiratory issues and therefore it has no place in my coop or around my birds. Works fine for some garden pests.

Dosage for Safeguard liquid goat wormer is 0.25ml per pound or 1.25ml for a 5 pound hen given orally for 5 days.
It is more effective dosing your birds before they eat in the mornings.
Dosage for Valbazen is 1/2ml given orally, then repeat dosing in 10 days.
