Roundworm treatment

Does anyone know the dosage for safeguard?
Also is there a water soluable option? Something I can put in their waterer and deworm over several days.

He will likely be fine, it's pretty safe. While that isn't optimal, it is pretty unlikely to hurt him. Just give him the correct dose on his second dose in 10 days. For a standard sized chicken most people dose 0.5 ml. How much does he weigh? The actual math for figuring dosing is "weight in lbs / 2.2 X 20 mg / 113.6".
Works out to about 0.2 ml per 2.2 lbs of body weight.

He weighs 1.485 kg, about 3 lbs? I get confused with all the decimals, obviously. Thank you for responding so quickly.

He actually weighs 3.5 lbs. I weigh him in kilograms then convert in a spreadsheet. So many numbers to keep up with. lol.

This as my first time to use valbazen and it was early in the morning. That’s my excuse.

Thanks for your response.
