The only thing you can put in water that will be effective is SafeGuard AquaSol and it only comes in a gallon size for something like $250, so nobody uses it.

Your local farm store should have both Valbazen liquid (in the cattle area) and SafeGuard goat liquid, close by.

Yes, but you'd have to do some math, nobody I've seen uses that for chickens.

You could mix the liquids I mentioned into a small amount of feed and feed that way, people have done that. It's best to dose them individually though.

That's the right stuff, yes. Most people do a two week egg withdrawal, so for two weeks after the last dose you should toss the eggs in the garbage. Do not feed them back, or feed them to other animals.

I'd just get the Safeguard liquid goat dewormer and dose each bird, this way you know everyone is getting what they need.

Safeguard liquid goat wormer dosage is 0.23ml per pound of weight given to each chicken orally for 5 days.
