roundworms

was about to introduce some new 10 week old pullets going to hold off until I get the second dose done.

Has your 10 week olds been on soil/dirt for awhile? If so, it wouldn't hurt to worm them also...1/4cc orally undiluted w/ safeguard liquid goat wormer, repeat again in 10 days.

they have but not at my house, getting them from a friend of mine
would you recommend doing so even if they have been housed elsewhere?

I am guessing that is because they will be on my soil soon? Or would you worm all young birds no matter what?

Worm eggs are in the soil no matter what. If you already have birds that have worms, it would be best to go ahead and worm your pullets. I've wormed mine 3 times starting at 8 weeks old, they are now 21 weeks old. It's been raining here practically every afternoon this summer making soil conditions perfect for nematodes.
