When do RP's start to get their black color?

My Royal Palms poults start getting their color as soon as they start feathering out. Seams the white feathers start coming in first but the black feathers are not far behind. By six to eight weeks you should defiantly start seeing color. I went back to look at some of the pics of chicks and really couldnÂ’t find any good ones to show you at different ages.

Thanks for the pics Val. These are my first RP poults and I was starting to doubt what they were when all I saw was white. They are about 5 1/2 weeks and I am starting to see some black.
