i have 3 RP about 8 weeks old. Just getting spots on tails and backs.
About what age to they show gender?
Am in Ocala Fl. Would like to breed but these are from the same clutch. Have read different thoughts on inbreeding but my gut says Not to do it.
Anyone want to trade ? Of course need to be true Royal Palms. Thank you.

Turkeys generally can't be sexed until the are several months old "usually around 6-8 months".

Breeding siblings isn't actually inbreeding its linebreeding. Linebreeding has been used basically forever to help retain desired traits that may be lost otherwise. Its been used in almost all animals such as horses, cattle, chickens, dogs, etc. Its perfectly safe to do for many generations.
