Royal palm question

We incubated a batch of turkey eggs that we were told were all royal palm. The ones that hatched all looked the same in the first few weeks. The eggs were all stereotypical-looking turkey eggs. However recently - one of them is looking more like a chicken than a royal palm. The black tips are turning a brownish color and has developed a red comb. Anyone else have this happen?
