Royal Palm Turkey Hen fluff up??

I have 3 royal palms. Was under the impression I had 2 toms and 1 hen. But yesterday the "hen" started fluffing up and fanning out her tail. Will hens do this? 2 were hatched last spring (the hen and younger Tom) Not sure how old my big Tom is. But there is a huge size difference huge between the 2 from the same hatch, another reason I thought I had a hen. Also she has no beard. Hope the pictures help.

I was afraid of that. Darn guess that's 1 more thing to add to my bird list lol. It keeps growing Thank you for your help though. Also thanks to all for the welcome.
