I have a 16 week old royal palm turkey An wanting to know the sex so I can name this big bird

At 4 months old, it should be possible to tell the sex. You really need better pictures though. This photo is out of focus so it is impossible to tell if your turkey has a bald head. You should include a photo looking straight down at the top of the head along with a good side view and a good front view.

Toms will have a bald head while hens will have a "mohawk" of feathers running up the back of their neck an on top of their heads. The snood and caruncles on a tom are bigger than the ones on a hen with the snood of a tom being able to expand far past the end of its beak while a hen's snood will not expand past the length of its beak.
 
I have three, two males and a female..and they are about 3 and a half months. If you feel on their chest... you might feel a weird bump/beginning of a beard nestled in their feathers. If they have it, they're boys and if they don't you've got a girl. My guys definitely have a lot of extra skin on the neck already and their heads turn a lot of colors too though (some of my early tell-tale signs).

Only problem with that is that hens can also have beards. I currently have 3 bearded hens and 3 hens without beards.
