Rubbery eggshell. Should I be worried?

Hi all, I found this egg in the coop today it was on top of the nest boxes. The shell is very rubbery and soft, almost like a little water balloon. I wouldn't normally be very concerned but two days ago I found a monster egg with another regular sized egg inside of it. I don't know if its the same hen laying these strange eggs but could it be an indication of complications?

Depends on the age of the layer. If she started laying in the last month I wouldn't worry at all because this is where you find the strangest eggs because they haven't figured out the system yet. If she has been laying for a while I would worry and try to find out what hen is doing it.

If it's from a pullet new to laying, it's normal. It can also be normal for an older hen starting back up from her molt.
