Got a question I hatched 31 chicks a week ago and seem to be doing fine all except they lay in sawdust on there belly and spin there feet first one side then the other is this normal or is something wrong ???

It sounds like they maybe dust bathing? It is normal behavior, when they get outside they'll dig holes in soft ground and dust bathe all the time, some people put pans of dirt etc in for their chicks ... here is a nice thread with a lot of pictures/videos of dust bathing chickens, they do look funny.
