Hi-
I'm new to the boards and am planning a family move from western MA-where we fought our town's zoning board to keep our four hens and won (yay)- to either Newark or New Brunswick, NJ, or Philadelphia, PA. A major factor is whether these cities allow hens, as we are not giving up the girls, and we don't much feel like waging the battle all over again. Does anyone here know the regulations in these cities? I've googled but can't find much. Thanks in advance.
