I agree with RAREROO...I think he is just slow to mature. In one of my old lines of LF barreds I had really slow development of the tails. I had a pullet this spring that took like 4 months until she finally grew in a tail.

Ok, thanks. I just wondered if it was a genetic thing, or something that happened when he hatched since he tore his belly open when he hatched.
