Run-chicken door not working

I have a standard T-50 door that isn't working. Yesterday I went out and my door shut before it was dark, which was fine since the daylight has been changing so I needed to change the time. I went to change it and the app had updated and now it wants me to pair the door. I’ve tried pairing it, taking the batteries out, troubleshooting, etc. and nothing is making it pair. If you are tech savy please help.

I’ve also tried disconnecting the door and repairing but now its not connected at all and isn’t opening.

I didn't realize they've switched the app either. Have you tried emailing tech support? They were very quick to respond to my questions in the past.

I've always just had mine do the dusk close, which is usually when it's pretty dark outside. I keep the morning time around like 730am, and let it sway with time change.
