Yes but it would take some time in doing so. IMO, that is some tough stuff. If your babies are locked in the coop at night this netting over the top during daytime use will keep the flying predators out. This stuff is much easier to work with, to each their own. :)
I would like to add, that I use an electric fencer with 4 wires that run on the outside of my fence. They would have to over come that obstacle first before having the time to chew through the top plastic barrier.
 
I was just surprised they chewed through so quick. That netting looks pretty tough too!
Just like any predator, if they have their mind set on a free meal or even a not so easy meal, they will work at it. IMO the electric fence shock gets their attention and points in a different direction away from our babies. :) The shock don't hurt the predator because there is no dangerous Amps involved. It just makes them rethink what they are doing. :D
