( Hope it is okay, Owl, that I time-skipped. )

A few days had passed and Fyra's bullet wound was gradually healing, though it had a long way to go. If she moved her shoulder excessively the pain was excruciating, and even just a simple jog felt like wildfire was raging on her leg. Her thoughts weren't on her disability, however, and the fact that there was a possibility she'd remain slightly crippled for life. It was on something nearly a world different...

Cody.

Just the sight of him was enough to make her hide her bad temper and rash reactions for fear of upsetting him further; after all, he was still grieving over the loss of his first love- Willow.

Willow. That wolf made her rethink her possible crush on Cody... It was obvious the he-wolf still loved her even though she was probably loyal to Lupine Pack now. Wherever Willow was and whatever she was doing, Fyra wished her well--Fyra just wished she didn't cast such a dark shadow over her and Cody. Her presence lurked everywhere in the Stonepack densite, her spirit grasping even the nooks and crannies. Wolves didn't understand why she couldn't bear to even look at Willow's old den but demanded it stay there, unharmed. She couldn't explain...

She never would be able to.

Wren had eventually gone back home after the encounter with Kumi, not wanting herself to be missed by either her parents or packmates. Though she told herself, 'No, no, don't do this,' over and over again, she had slipped away and was steadily following Kumi's scent trail.

(Kool beans)
Kumi chased a rabbit. He hopped and grabbed it with his strong jaws. She laughed evilly. "I finally caught ya!"

"I trained her myself. She would have been just fine. Or do you doubt my combat abilities?" Kodiak stepped into Klash's space and looked over him in an assertion of dominance.

"No sir." He replied, not able to keep the growl out of his voice. "I think three against one would have been a challenge even for the best of us. Or am I wrong?" He asked the alpha.

Kodiak had finally had enough of Klash's defiance. He leaned down and snapped his jaws at Klash's shoulder, in an attempt to either reopen the wound or at least scare him; either way, the message was loud and clear. "If you do not shut your mouth and get your tail in your den within three heartbeats, you will be an example to the rest of Darkpack about what happens when you challenge me. We can replace you tomorrow with a brand new loner. Got it?"
