"Oh..." Willow let her voice trail off. Guilt gnawed at her pelt; these wolves were doing so much for her, but all she had done from day one was betray them. She hadn't realized how much she wanted to be a Stonepack member until the last civilized meeting with Kodiak and Akira, and now she was about ready to go there and slaughter every one of those Darkmutts. Although impossible, how much she actually wanted to do it was taller than all the mountains in Stonepack territory combined.

"When's the fight gonna be?" piped up Fyra, who would of been almost totally hidden in the shadows if not for her blazing yellow eyes.
"Hades and I are going to decide that. But sometime soon. Very soon."
"I hope it's sooner than soon," Fyra growled, twisting her face into a nasty snarl. "I wanna kill that Kodiak and use his pelt to line my nest!"

Yukon padded out into the forest. He took a deep breath through his nose to take in the scents of the prey.

The bad guys should win every once in a while. It's so dang frustrating when the good guys just HAVE to win.
One of the reasons I stopped watching Disney movies.

I'd like to add to this post right here; I stopped watching Disney movies 'cause I would have punched the T.V. screen, well, maybe not, but have gotten really mad. They are SO. DANG. UNREALISTIC!!! I wanna see Ursula win!!!

Senkah bit back an exasperated sigh, and she leaped down from the alpha's rock. "This meeting is closed. I will discuss the war with Hades tonight. In the meantime, work on reinforcing the densite. If Darkpack attacks us, the last thing we need is having a densite full of weaknesses." At the end of that, she added with a slight snarl as a warning, "Everyone better be working. No excuses." With that, she turned and padded back into her den. "Willow, how are you feeling now?"

"Like I got fire in my gut," Willow replied, glancing at Senkah rather wryly with dull amber eyes. "And, oh, yeah, like I just got hit in the paw with a tree trunk. Also known as Kodiak. Where's Cody?"

Senkah narrowed her eyes. "Calm yourself, Fyra." She spoke over the end of Fyra's sentence with a sharp tone. Whenever Senkah's voice had this tone, objections were almost always countered with a swift snap by the face. "Many wolves would like to do the same. Willow will have the last blow on Kodiak." And I'll be the one to tear your throat out, Atra.

Fyra stifled a growl. "I still wanna do some of them," she muttered, lowering her head in submission.

Last blow?! I'm afraid not, Willow thought bitterly. Kodiak's gonna have the last blow... on me.
