Duke crouched lower and growled with his hackles raised. Charlotte stepped in front of him. "Duke, don't be stupid." She turned towards the other wolf. "Who are you? Show yourself!"

Suddenly a young pup leaped out of a bush and growled,"That's none of your business!" Brook realized it was her younger brother Falcon and wanted hit her head with her paw because of her brother's stupidity for just showing himself and disobeying her. She stepped out and looked at Falcon with angry eyes. She looked at the other wolves and said,"We don't mean trouble."

Quote: Nebrivo followed her, his tail wagging slightly and ever so gently as he did. He gathered a log in his maw, and, head bent at the weight of it, he turned back to Faedon as if asking her opinion, a frown on his gaping maw.

Faedon, without saying a word, gave Nebrivo a nod of satisfaction. She clamped down on the other end of the log, and was surprised at how heavy it was, but didn't show it. This was a stubborn quality reminescent of her mother, who refused to show any weakness, even in petty situations such as these. She started to help drag it back to the densite. Her voice was muffled by the wood. "Once we're at the entrance to the densite, we can just roll it to the sides"
