Lark pushed her opponent away from her with a ferocious growl. "This is your warning, Darkpack," she roared to Destoe and Akira. "If the pup isn't back in ten sunrises, we will attack." She then turned to bark at Fern and Stone, "Fern! Stone! Get back to the densite!"

Destoe yelled " we can't let them get away!!!"

"Shut up Klash!" Akira roared. "You don't know what you're talking about! We got what we wanted, the pup, and they're leaving now! Fighting them is just going to cause unnecessary injuries! If you had half a brain, you'd know that!"

(Okay, it's unanimous! Fern will survive...but don't kill Stone...Fern might die in recovery without her mate to keep her strong.)
Fern made one last desperate snatch for her son, but he was too far away and she moved to slowly. Akita barred her way. Fern snarled and would have attacked if Stone had not intervened. (I that okay Owl? Sorry but I didn't know what to write...not much she can do wounde as she is...)

Fern sobbed as she was half carried half dragge away from Darkpack densite. Her heart was breaking just like her ribs only this was much more painful. "No...I have to get him back...I have to go back..." She kept repeating it over and over even though she was aware that her paws were taking her far far away from Titan.

As the entered Emeraldpack border, Ferns breathing had become even more labored and raspy. Blood dripped from he nose, mouth and her bitten leg. She was limping heavily and barely could stay on her paws

"They'd attack us again for revenge for killing their ALPHA, you idiot! Do you have an ounce of common sense?!" Akira spat. "If you won't listen to me, listen to my father! And he'll tear your ears off for questioning me!"
