" as you know are numbers are low because of the fight with stone pack, and their numbers seem to grow, they could wipe us out if the decided to, this was a problem we faced in my old pack, so I suggest that we wait a little, let the dust settle from the fight with stone pack, and start stealing pups. But not just stealing pups , we could take a pup from one pack and place it in another, those packs start fighting, and so on and so on, and then when they are weak and we are strong, we take out the weakest pack. You see sir it's about power, but it's also about fear."

"We sent a spy to Emeraldpack a few weeks ago to report on how things are going," Kodiak spoke up. "Their numbers are even smaller than ours. Now that the mother of that pup has broken ribs, she'll be out of a possible fight."

"We can fend off the three or four wolves that are actually fit to fight," Atra sniffed.

"But I like your thinking, about stealing pups from the other packs, and taking them to others," Kodiak continued. "You see, our numbers are greater than they seem. Atra and I have been forming a plan for a couple moons now... One that will bring the other packs to their knees without fail. The plan has been set into motion already."
