Quartz noticed the others, "Are you going hunting?" she asked.

"Yeah!" Aki replied to Quartz "wanna go?"

Quartz nodded, sniffing the ground, "I think some elk went this way!"

Aki yipped "lets go." He lead the group down through a moutian pass, til they came to a hold herd of elk. "Yum" aki drooled.

The two pups had never seen so many elk. They whimpered wagged their tails furiously. They looked at Aki waiting for instruction.

Aki watched the anxious pups, "wait and watch." He said, "we have to find weak or older one." He smiled.

Quartz looked at all of them, "Do any of them look sick?"

Aki scanned the herd, " no.. but that one looks old." He dropped to his belly "okay, Serria, Nike, stay here, i want you to the run the elk, spook them." He turned to quartz, "I'm gonna go flank them on the left, you take the right. When the pups startle the herd will force the old one to seperate." "Pups," he said sternly give us 3 minutes to get into place....then go!"

The pups crouched and waited till they saw Aki and Quarts get into position. Then they leaped out almost like silent bullets and went whizzing towards the herd.

Aki waited for an opening and dashed into the herd, cutting off the old female and driving her from the herd with stabbing attacks.
