Rain saw Quartz coming out of the corner of her eye. She flew at Ebony and snatched his ear. He growled and whipped in head around, he latched his teeth into her scruff, and bit down hard.

Ebony pushed up with his backlegs, and slammed into Rain. She tumbled backwards, but didn't let go of his scruff. Ebony twisted around, and clamped his jaws on her shoulder. Rain bit down as hard as she could on Ebony's scruff. He stifled a yelp of pain, and jerked his head back. Rain's teeth tore through his scruff, leaving large red gashes. He growled, and charged at Rain snarling viciously.
