Mari flopped over on her belly and pawed gently at Aki.

Sierra licked roughly on a particularly stained spot on her back. When she finished, she looked around. Wondering where West was. She sighed as the warm sunshine soaked into her fur. She laid her head down, and closed her eyes.
 
Rain woke to stabbing pains coursing through her belly. She closed her eyes. Thunder lay next to her, sleeping soundly. She nudged him gently. "Wha?" he mumbled. "The pups." Rain said calmly. "They're on their way." she smiled. Immediately Thunder bolted upright. "What do you want me to do?!" he asked worriedly, his eyes wild with fear. "Nothing." Rain calmed him. "They wont be here for awhile, so don't worry. I know what to do." Thunder nodded. He was amazed at how calm his mate was in situations like this. He took a deep breath, and licked her cheek. Rain smiled, then heaved herself up. She walked out into the sunshine, with Thunder walking beside her. "Don't act like anything is wrong." Rain whispered. "I don't want anyone making a fuss over me. Especially you." she added. Thunder grinned sheepishly, and nudged her gently. Rain smiled. She walked over to a large grassy spot, and laid down. Her belly rose in a large mound over the rest of her body. Thunder turned quickly and grabbed a piece of meat, he returned to his mate and set it beside her. "When do you think they will come?" he asked so only Rain could hear. "Later tonight. Or maybe this afternoon." Rain beamed with happiness.

Aki laughed and flopped down beside her. He hadn't felt in a good mode in a while, sure he had been happy, but he hadn't had a day in a long time, to "be" happy, to play. He gazed at Mari and sighed.


West plucked up some courage and limped forward, he sat down behind Sierra. "Hi." He mumbled

Mari sighed and looked over at him. "I love you." she whispered. And licked his muzzle.

Sierra turned quickly. "West!" she cried. She jumped up and nudged his with her nose, her eyes shining with happiness. "Aki let you out?" Her tail wagged swiftly.

(I was thinking, I can't manage 3 characters, so I think it's time for Lupin's role to end...)

"Morning, my dear, sweet Lupin. C'mon, get up, you big bag 'o bones!" Nebrivo cheerfully said. "I... I don't feel well..." Lupin said, her head spinning.
