Onyx looked up in time to see Jasmine motion for him. He blinked thick tears away from his eyes, and walked with her, his tail dragging on the ground.

Onyx watched Lupus' face. He knew what he had to do, but it was still too painful. He took a very shaky breath, "Jasmine? I have something to tell you."
 
Storm sniffed the air again, stopping a few yards from the denning site. "I think the fire's died down."
