Ebony breathed in Lilly's fragrant scent, but caught another scent as well. "Atra?!" He said aloud. "Oh no. She. Can't see me and Lilly together!" He thought to himself.

Atra stepped out, "Yes, Ebony?" she said with more than a hint of distrust.

"Oh, and uh, Jasmine? My mother was driven out of Darkpack about six months before I left. I don't know where she is, and I'll do anything to see her again." He looked down again, engulfed by grief. "Um her name is Mari. Have you seen her?" Onyx stared at Jasmine with hopeful eyes.
 
Kara put Safina in a den, then walked over to Kapu. She sat down beside him and looked at the sky, "We'll be okay." She whispered "won't we?"
 


"Sure." Aki smiled at rain, then padded out, he looked around the dening site for Sierra. He saw her sitting next to west. He trotted over, a low growl, coming from his chest.
West's ears dropped and he backed away.
Aki moved between them, "sierra, Your mother wants you." He said "and where is your brother?"

"No I am very sorry..."

Sierra's tail flattened into the ground, and she crouched, looking up at Aki. "I'll get him." she said, and slunk away looking back at West. Nike met her halfway, "You okay?" he said referring to her posture. "Of course." she said hastily. "Come'on, mom wants to see us." "What for?" Nike asked. "I don't know. Lets find out." The two young wolves trotted to their parents den.

Onyx heart fell. He knew he would never again see his mother. "No, its alright." he said, barely audible. (Could you have Kapu come to Onyx?)
