Hex felt a wolf headbut him. Snarling, he snapped at her, before lunging at Nebrivo.

Nebrivo snarled, snapped at Hex, and dodged Hex's blow.

"Stop it!" Senkah howled, trying to push them away from each other. "What are you doing on Stonepack land?" Senkah demanded Hex.
 
Quartz wimpered and licked the pups. She couldn't abandon them, but she was dying to know where Nebrivo was.

Thunder snarled, and shoved himself between Hex, and Nebrivo. "Get out of here Hex!" He bellowed, and snapped his jaws inches from Hex's face. "Leave!" He shouted again.
 
Hex, again, latched onto Nebrivo's throat, forcing him down, and biting down hard, trying to break the life-giving artery.

Nebrivo started feeling faint. He realized that Hex was much bigger than he was, and that this was a futile fight. He struggled to get up, but couldn't.

"I said get away from him!!!!!!" Thunder snarled, and lunged for Hex's throat while the huge wolf was distracted.
