What Kara wasn't aware of was that Melossa was following her, unsure what to do. But then Melossa did a mistake, she stepped on a twig, the noise alerted Kara.

(Sorry i disappeared, had a couple things go wrong with my phone, then i've been dealing with some unknown pred taking chickens at night so i was up all night trying to spot it.)

Kara's ears pricked and rotated she stood tall, holding her head and tail high, not showing any sign of weakness. She let out a low growl throaty growl.

Echo and Splash were eating while Fox waited patiently. Splash growled, sniffing the air, "I think someone else is around here." Echo glanced around warily.

Aki awoke in the den he was feeling better but he still hurt and was really stiff. He limped up to the main dens and meeting place of the pack. He was hoping to find some stashed food, but no, he was out of luck, he looked around for a packmate..

Fox snarled, "Maybe our neighbors AREN'T so friendly, Echo."
Splash stood up, licking some blood of his jaws, "What are you all doing here?"

Shadow stood up tall, "we have no rivers, lakes, or water supplies in our territory, the herbivours and prey get water from the plants, we are passing through to the river" he said politely
