Mari's eyes turned dull, as she thought about her past. She took a deep breath and started. "My mate died almost a year ago, due to rabid wolves. He was so brave and killed them all, but died of his injuries...... when he died, I never opened up to anyone, or anything. I became a loner, and have been one, ever since Ceder found me, hurt by the humans."

Aki whined and nudged her "I'm sorry." He whispered. "I lost my mate too, over a ago, " he started "we were out hunting and ended up being hunted." He dropped his head. "We were running and all of a sudden she fell, lifeless, i was young and when the hunters approached I fled. " he said ashamed "i went back for her, but all i found was blood."

Luna woke in West's den, she stretched and nudged the pup, "wake up." She barked
West turned to look at her, "why?" He yawned.
"Today we start your training." Luna smiled. She yanked west up by the scruff and hauled him out of the den. She dropped to the ground "Get ready." She snarled.
West stood, still waking up, he looked up in horror when luna charged at him, teeth bared.
Luna came in and grabbed his leg, let go and ran off, then came in again using stabbing attacks.
She snapped and dodged and tumbled the pup giving him no time to think. She continued drilling the attack sequence into his head until he was perfect at it. Then she ran off and grabbed a rabbit she had stashed in the snow, "here, " she threw the food to him "you earned it."

West smiled alittle then began devouring the rabbit
 
West finished devouring the rabbit, he sat down and looked at Luna. "I don't even now your name?" West said curiously.
"I'm Luna." Luna said "and that's Atra, the alpha" she flicked her head towards her mother. "And the black wolf from earlier is Ebony." She finished "you'll meet the others soon."
West smiled a little he had been in darkpack almost a week and had come to terms that his pack wasn't coming for him and he actually was starting to like it here. "Atleast I get to have some fun," he thought of the training earlier. His pack would have never taught him fighting.
 
Lupus wondered around, he was bored without Jasmine around, so he went looking for Kara. He stumbled down a hill, losing his balance when the snow shifted. He stood up and shook a copious amount of snow from his thick fur. "Hey Kara," He yipped when he saw her just standing there. He cocked his, then noticed a another wolf. He walked up slowly behind Kara. "Hey, everything okay."
Kara turned slightly "fine, Lupus." She said relaxed "This storm, he is emeraldpack alpha."

Lupus nodded and sat down.

Storm snorted, "I'll have to say that I've seen wolves past this point for many seasons. Emeraldpack wanted to know if we could pass through the land on a...way to Darkpack's territory."
 
Midnight's Star woke up slowly and stretched and sat down alert for any one while waiting for the alpha.

"I know how you feel." Mari said quietly. Her eyes were still looking at the ground. By now, the sun had risen over the tree tops and spread a warm orange/red glow on the forest.
 
Anyone on?
