The pups had no idea what was going on and thought Akira was just playing dead "Mom why are you so sad?" Sage asked "Yeah Akira's gonna wake up any minute!" Rose(mary) added "Rose.." Lavender started but then decided she didn't want to be the one to break the news to her siblings

Koga stepped forward he nuzzled his mate, then started trying to yank the log, embedded in the hill, down over her. The huge wall of debris plus the log wood bury her. "Help." He said weakly.

Sky just there, whining. Suddenly she noticed the two tiny pups, laying in the dirt. She looked away.

Koga stepped forward he nuzzled his mate, then started trying to yank the log, embedded in the hill, down over her. The huge wall of debris plus the log wood bury her. "Help." He said weakly.

"Why are you coving her up? She won't be able to breath" Rose(mary) squealed proud that she had beat Lavender to it (but she's way ahead of both of them)

Koga looked at Shadow and Yuki, then the pups. "She isn't gonna wake up." Koga said softly "akira is living with the moon up in the sky now." Koga tried to make them understand, without actually saying the word 'dead'.

Yuki and Shadow moved slowly, Yuki couldn't accept the fact that Akira was dead... She would wake up any minute now...
