Daze nodded looking at his mate..He moved over to the dead fawn, wrapping his jaws around its throat..

Kia held back a growl as she watched her alpha pick the pups up..Taking a deep breath she picked the other one up..

Daze began to drag the fawn back to the pack dens...Thankfully the fire seemed to be going the oppsite way of their territory..They were still to small, and did not need more challenges..Well, they just got two pups..What next he thought..

Starling laid down in one of the empty dens. It was small and muddy but he was too sad to care.
 
Clover yelped as he tried to open his eyes. The pain was too much, but he couldn't leave. He was rooted to the spot, unable to leave the alphas den out of fear.

Daze smiled as she saw the dens..He noticed a smell.." Starling?" Daze said around the fawn still in his mouth..

Kia hurried off to her new den, made of trees and branches.. It was warm and she laid the pup in a corner..She looked out the den and waited for the other pup..

Suddenly I thought crossed his mind, 'Nyx was an alpha, if she died the pack would suffer, all because of him.' He fell onto the ground whining. ''Leave me.'' He whispered, ''I'm not gonna make it. I'm worthless.''
