(yeah, this came takes place in a snowy, area. And since Iluvorps hasn't said it was spring yet, I'm assuming there is still snow on the ground)

yukon grunted as he firmly yanked the kill, the last few feet over the border. "Finally." He groaned, flopping down and panting.

Mari stepped forward to stop her mate, but instead stopped herself. This had to be done.

Faolen squeaked, and dashed away, but his father's teeth caught him.

Elan loped away, his white fur standing out in the shadows of the trees. He went from tree to tree, marking them with his scent.

Scarlet smiled, but she was confused. "Um, well, thanks." She replied, not knowing what else to say.

Sky was pretty pleased with herself. Folding her self gently to the ground she watched Yukon rest a foot away. " So getting tired of me yet, yet or just tired?" Sky laughed which quickly turned to a yawn.

Yukon let out an airy Laugh, "Just tired." He smiled. "I'm going to go find Elan and Lightning." He paused. "Wish me luck." And the he dashed away, sprinting towards the den site in thunder territory.

Aki snarled, shaking his head back and forth, but not hard enough to hurt Faolen, just to scare him. 'He has to understand he is a pup' he thought. "When you can take me down, you can take down a dark mutt." He snarled around faolen's scruff

Faolen screamed in fright, flailing his stubby legs. "I'm sorry! I'm sorry!" He squealed, his eyes shut tight.
